HELPDESK

Unlimited Helpdesk (End-User Support)

When e-mail is down or you cannot access your network or the computer just will not work as you expect—a skilled, friendly helpdesk analyst is simply a phone call away. Whether you call the support line or e-mail a request—our team will be there to address your computer related issues. 

Onsite Hardware / Software Support

When your needs require onsite help, we will dispatch a field technician to your location. The NetCare team treats your problems as seriously as you do.

Remote Support

When possible, the NetCare Helpdesk will address your IT concerns using our secure “remote” software. Within seconds a NetCare technician can take control of your desktop or server, and walk you through the solution/issue while you watch. Over 80% of our client’s support issues can be resolved with a “remote session”.

NETWORK MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

Optimization, Updates & Patch Management

NetCare is there to tune-up your PC. We provide automated patch management and optimization, system health checks and important computer basics such as inventorying of systems and software. These proactive tasks help keep your system running the way it is supposed to.

Network and Server Administration

A NetCare Systems Administrator proactively manages network and servers, including 24 x 7 monitoring, rights and privileges and documentation management.

Data Backup: Onsite and Offsite

You can’t afford to lose access to your critical data. NetCare takes a proactive approach to Data Backups. By assessing your needs and using internal and offsite backup solutions, NetCare will be there to help restore your data and ensure business continuity should the situation arise.

Security / Firewall
